FairBridge Inn & Suites Williston

There was a mix up and they wouldn't give us the room we had reserved. We got a personal apology from the manager. She said she would be making some changes so it doesn't happen to anyone else. We enjoyed the hot tub and the available hours were longer so we were able to use it several times. They were plenty of towels available.

I was back in town for a few days and needed a place to stay. I used to live right across the road and honestly always assumed this place was a dump, but I was completely wrong. The interior has been recently updated and is genuinely impressive. The rooms are clean, and the linens were crisp. The provided iron was a much-needed help. ​The amenities were a pleasant surprise. The heated pool and spa were a great bonus—my teen loved it, and we had a fun night with local family who came to swim with us. The free breakfast was good, too, with a great selection of eggs, meats, waffles, and more. My only minor complaint was a lack of coffee and plates when we came down around 8 a.m. ​However, there were a couple of significant issues that are important to note. My main complaint about the room was that I couldn't unpack because the dresser drawers were heavily stained. ​More importantly, the location has some serious drawbacks. It's predominantly an oilfield hotel, which comes with a certain environment. People hang out in the parking lot late at night (like a parking lot party), and I felt uncomfortable when they stared me down as I arrived. ​The biggest issue, and the reason I won't be staying again, was a safety concern. One night I was sitting in a hallway chair on the phone when a very drunk man approached me. He asked if I was okay, and when I said yes, he returned a few minutes later, fanning out $80 in twenty-dollar bills and asking again if I was sure I was okay. I immediately feared it was a trafficking or soliciting attempt. My teen was asleep in our room, and I was genuinely afraid to go back in case I was followed. ​Overall, if you're comfortable with the "oilfield boom" environment outside of the hotel room, you'll likely have a good stay. But the safety issue I experienced was enough to make me choose somewhere else in the future.

We had a large family gathering and I mean LARGE, they gave us the entire conference room to accommodate us, we even had a band practice there, they were very nice to put up with such a large gathering. We had a wonderful time. The breakfast was good. They even kept it open late so we could ensure everyone ate. Can’t rate the pool because it was still being renovated. So that review will remain neutral next time we will rate the pool. There was a splash pad and several parks nearby. The office staff was friendly, kind and worked hard to ensure we were happy. We left an important toy for a toddler and they even sent it to our home. We lost a wallet and although they did not find it they followed up, it takes a lot to care! I will always have fond memories of this place.

Best place ever! Shall definitely go back! Best breakfast anywhere...fresh hot coffee all day long. Very friendly staff...shout out to Ben, RC, Christine, Weston, Elsa and the whole crew! They were all kind and very helpful! Thank you again for a great experience!

I’ve stayed at many hotels in the Williston area and this hotel is the best bang for your buck while still offering a quality experience. The rooms are clean and everything works properly, they have a great breakfast, but more importantly the service is the best. They are very kind people and their staff is willing to work with you and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a good one. I will be staying at this hotel regularly for business moving forward.

Best hotel ever, great place to stay with your family and your pets. The people are truly amazing and I will always pick this place as the spot to chill. Indoor pool, hottub, breakfast, dinner and close to all the hot spots. 110 percent, total package.

I checked into fairbridge today outside may not look to good but I got my room the lady at front desk was nice room was very clean the only that bothered me was the dudes smoking at the front door beds comfortably

I stayed at FairBridge this week for business and I'm GLAD I did. The room was very clean!!!! Big comfortable bed, nice TV, spotless bathroom, plenty of coffee, and cold refrigerator. I was surprised when the Hotel Manager, a nice young man named Ben, stopped by my room to ask if everything was satisfactory. I recommend FairBridge Williston to everyone traveling who needs a quiet night's sleep in a clean room.
